Rogers was trying to undertake a large transformational project involving core system migration. The migration process, coupled with the need for maintaining uninterrupted services without compromising customer experience, demanded a high level of domain knowledge and experience.
SyntecX played a pivotal role in driving Rogers Telecom’s single platform goals. Through E2E migration of their prepaid platform, SyntecX was able to converge all of its consumers on to a single system. Leveraging our project management expertise and custom development services, we collaborated closely with Rogers to orchestrate a seamless transition. SyntecX enabled Rogers in developing a migration solution, enhancing revenue by around 33%.
